At Carter Realty security deposits are equal to the rent rate. They are refundable minus the carpet cleaning of the property that you rent.

There is a pet fee for pets. $200.00 for a small dog and $200.00 for a cat.

If you have bad credit, you still can be approved! Typically we ask for a last months rent and /or a co-signer.
